Our interview process is quite rigorous, and here’s why: We want to ensure you are matched with a Client that is a good fit for your personality and skillset. Here’s what the screening process looks like:

   • Interview with our CEO 
   • Writing sample (prompt provided by us)
   • Time sensitive job simulation task 
   • Reference check
   • Interview with the client 
   • Background check

While we give priority to candidates who have direct experience as a personal or executive assistant, we understand that many other forms of work experience could provide you with the skill set necessary to excel in the PA role. For candidates with a fantastic, can-do attitude who are willing to go above and beyond for the role, we will absolutely consider transferable experience.
