Hiring FAQs

1. What are some things my personal assistant can do for me?

Anthurium employees can perform a wide array of duties having to do with the client’s personal or professional life, acting as the go-to person for all needs and as a spokesperson for the client on all matters. This can include daily administration, calendar management, travel arrangements, project coordination, and correspondence. Assistants may liaise with or hire other staff, vendors, and contractors for a variety of projects, and create or manage databases and filing systems belonging to the client. These support professionals may coordinate projects or events by capturing timelines, strategies, or delivering progress updates. They often conserve clients’ time by reading, researching, or drafting letters and documents, or by collecting and organizing information. They may also perform miscellaneous tasks such as managing ingoing/outgoing mail and returns, running errands, etc.
